The perfect way to start the last day of the week. Flowing sequences working your body from head to toe. Kick start your body for the day ahead and bring your energy levels up. All levels welcome.
 

Restorative Yin

Maybe you’re the sporty type who loves to thrash yourself through the week but need to recharge all of the sore bits before you do it again next week! Maybe you’re a weekend warrior or tied to a desk for more hours than you’d like. This is the perfect class for everyone. Longer held postures for deep connective tissue release.
 

YIN & SOUND BATH

This is the perfect class for everyone. Longer held postures for deep connective tissue release for the first half of the practise followed by a sound bath. Vibrations from the sound bowls align with your brain waves to induce cellular repair, bringing you into your parasympathetic nervous system for a good night’s rest by reducing stress in your body and calming your mind.

MAT PILATES

A STOTTS PILATES based mat class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and promote better posture. This 45 minute class is open to all levels and abilities.

Small group bookings (6-8) are available for special events/ occasions via prior arrangement.
